The rooms are clean, with hot water in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The staff is incredibly attentive and professional, going above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The hotel is tucked away off a busy street, so you get all the convenience without the noise. From the moment we arrived, a staff member welcomed us from the taxi and guided us to the hotel. It's a hidden gem! No need to worry about amenities - everything you could possibly need is available, including luggage storage, locker room, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security. They even offer a paid airport shuttle service and laundry facilities. The flat-screen TV in the room is a nice touch, and the lift makes it easy to access your floor. If you're on a business trip, the hotel also has a business center for your convenience. VIP check-in/out is a great perk. Start your day right with an in-room breakfast, and the children's menu is a bonus for families. They even allow pets, which is a definite plus. The hotel is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay, and there's no smoking on site, which is a relief for non-smokers.

My room was big with hot water in bathroom and comfortable bed, for instance. The staff were courteous and fast and the location was excellent within walking distance of major sights.

Location really close to the New Delhi Railway Station walk-able distance, hard for the taxi driver to find from the main road, and main market street. Spotless and big room with exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a cable TV with on-demand movies and a seating area. Very good and really kind staff, early check in.

The hotel has beautiful building and rooms. the hot water in the bathroom was a great amenity. the location is fantastic, tucked away in an interior area but still just a short 10-minute walk to the Paharganj center. the service is generally attentive and there is parking available nearby.

The hotel's location is quite unique, it's situated inside a narrow alley where you can only reach by walking. Although the area is not very affluent, the hotel's interior is maintained well with good attention to detail. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they made sure my stay was comfortable and that the room was cleaned twice a day with new sheets. The room itself was cozy, clean with a comfortable bed and a hot water facility in the bathroom. Along with these, the breakfast was quite delicious with a varied menu.
